Postage paid is not what the buyer paid.

So why is it there is no contact with e bay direct ? as the only forum I can contact is here, I sold an item where the buyers price for freight doesn't reflect the Aus post charges for the box size that was on the item ? So when you purchase the freight it takes 2/5ths of the price received, for freight charge ?

The only way to talk directly to eBay is live chat at the moment. In order to start live chat, you have to go to the help page, scroll down until you see Contact Us, then select all the appropriate options for your case (or the most appropriate options) until a link to start live chat appears on the left. It is not available all day though, only during normal business hours (including the weekend).
