Return Request replacement sent can you cancel request?

So I have a buyer who rather than send a message initiated a return request for a personalised product that had an incorrect name on it.

 

Totally my fault and happy to replace which I have done a resent a new one end of last week with correct details. But of course I now have a defect as an open unresolved case is there anything I can do to change this I can provide tracking on the new parcel, do I send this to Ebay and how through what link??

 

The buyer can't see how to cancel the request and even if they did does the defect still stand?

 

And secondly it tells me I have to take action by the 7th April what happens if I don't do they automatically refund or oanly if the seller escalates?

 

Hoping some once can make me understand this system a bit more the info Ebay has regarding replacement over refund is very very poor
