I was notifed through PayPal that a customer open a defective item case. I had already sent a replacement DVD (which also did not work on their player ) so was happy to refund the buyer and right it off as a bad experience. However when i tried to refund the buyer pay pal through up a message "due to technical difficulties please try again later " (tried several times no luck)
It seem strange that this request came through PP and not eBay. The item was purchased on the 8th July I sent an email to PP several days ago but still have not heard anthing after they claimed i would hear from them within 48 hours
There is still a notice (response required ) on my PP account.but nothing on ebay relating to this dispute ( so guess wont recieve a FVF from EBAY)

The only thing I can suggest is to call PayPal, so that you can get immediate advice as to what may be preventing the refund, and/or they may be able to override whatever the error is.
