Sales history has no way of identifying multiple item order, item number and item title is empty

I download my sales history and if someone buys multiple things in an order, the item number and title are empty, so cant be determined what they bought. How to get around it?

Specifically which file do you mean and where are you getting it?

Do you mean like this excerpt?:

If you mean that blank spot under peacemaker, the next line tells me that this person ordered 2 things, so the next 2 lines after that are their items (the movie soundtracks). Hope that helps.
