Seller bank account

I am registered with eBay as a buyer only.
I wish to register as a personal seller.
My full name could be Frank Henry Jones (not of course).
I have a transaction bank account (inc. cheque facility) under the name F H JONES.
I have a MasterCard account I use to purchase goods; the name on the card is HENRY JONES.

Can I use one of these accounts to register as a seller?

I’d suggest setting up a new transaction account with the name exactly as you have on eBay. Use it only for eBay.

Not all banks use the full name on their accounts.

Our joint account is in names such as Polly Poodle & Kenny Joe Koala, but all online banking, paper statements, etc just show P Poodle & K J Koala, so opening another account wouldn't help in that way.

However, we had no troubing using that bank account to receive payments from 3 different eBay accounts, and are still doing so.

That was at the beginning of Managed Payments, so things may have changed since.
