Selling Manager has disappeared

In order to print an invoice with two items I implemented the free Selling Manager (not Selling Manager Pro). This morning it has gone and I'm back to the old method.

I just tried to re-subscribe but couldn't - only Selling Manager Pro.

Anyone else have this problem.

Must have re-verted while they were updated Selling Manager.
