Sold notifications

We're getting most of ours, except when buyers request an invoice for BIN items.

ok, first thing you need to check if those emails may go to your spam folder.

second - if you ever change your email address?

third - check if your notification changed - this happen to us before - didn't change anything but somewhat this has changed.

Go to seller hub - click on overview, then on shortcuts click on site preference, then click on communication on left hand side nav bar, then go to selling activity see if your item sold is in 'real time'.

fourth - could be glitch from eBay - thus just wait and see what happen in few days.

Do you have the ebay app with push notifications on?

Thats what I use mainly. Cha Ching Cha Ching. 

Even when Im not getting emails that app lets me know.

When we switched to MPS we stopped receiving email notification of sales.  Turns out the email notifications emanated from PayPal and of course with MPS there is no PayPal involvement.

Had a chat session with eBay and they told me that by default the eMail notification by eBay of sales are turned off.  Directed me to the settings in My Account where I had to turn on the notifications.
