Buyer has requested return/refund. Have been attempting to refund - buyer keeps item, but when I get to 'Refund' page and select refund buyer nothing further happens?
Go into PayPal and do it manually. Remember to tell the buyer that the item will then show as being unpaid in their purchase history so send it to archives.
