Its been so long since I have used eBay and I was wondering if someone could please tell me how long you must wait till and after a sale before you can lodge an unpaid item dispute please?

Hi, 4 days and then after another 4 days you can close it. I tennd to give at least 7 days though, not everyone is at the pc 24/7.

If you open a case, to the right of the item in your sold list is a drop down menu. Select resolve a problem and follow the prompts.

Opening a case can often spur the buyer onto paying.
