Where has the Online Chat Customer Support Link Gone?

I always conctated Ebay Throught the online chat.. Now I can't find the link?

Can eanytone let me know how to get to this link

Top right of screen is a tab called "Customer Support"

Once in there, look for the tab that says Contact Us (or similar)

Then follow the prompts and eventually you will get to a page which offers you a selection of contact options available for that particular question.

It depends on the topic. Some topics don't have the online chat option.

Normally the topics to do with listing items will have the option.

Thanks for your help it does not show up at all ... as the issue I want to find out about is actually not listed I will use the one as suggested to see if that works.

I have tried everywhere to find the chat line link and it is just NOT available anymore this is obviously one of the so called upgrades made yesterday when the server was out of action.  I have sold 2 items to the same bidder in The Netherlands and am trying to invoice with new postage combined, there is now two items with the highest total on there and I cant invoice the buyer - it is a total mess.

It still exists sallyann but it doesn't appear for every problem, nor at all times.

Whether or not it's an option appears to depend upon the issue you have at the time.
