Why are you charging people an automatic monthly fee when they aren't selling anything?

paypal say if you have a problem with the fee charged by E Bay then go to EBay,  EBay says to go to Paypal,  E Bay you are runniing a scam.

Go to the My eBay page and select the account tab.

Then select view account activity to see what the charges are for.

Have you signed up for Ebay plus? How much have you been charged? Definitely check your account info where it will say what it is for

I suspect, from the complainer's post in 'selling', that it is indeed eBay Plus. $48.99.

They aren't a seller. The amount is almost definitely eBay Plus subscription.
