Won't return item

How can I file a complaint on Item I bought and want to return. Seller not complying and eBay not acting.

Why do you want to return the item?  It there something wrong with it or have you changed your mind?

Have you opened a dispute....ebay cannot act unless you escalate an open dispute.

Just noticed the title of this thread.....who won't return an item?  Are you asking for a refund without returning the item?  No wonder the seller is not being co-operative.

Why do you need to file a complaint?

What have you done so far? Just leaving neg feedback saying 'please intervene' is not going to do a thing, nobody reading the feedback can do anything

Is it a change of mind return? if so, does the seller accept change of mind returs (sellers do NOT have to do so if they say they don't on the listing)

How long ago did you buy the item?

What's the bet the OP didn't read the bit about the clubs being left-handed? Mind you it was in item specifics, not the description.

Quite possibly, especially when they only bother leaving feedback when it is a neg and used 'to tell eBay' 

Still, plain as day the words left handed are there in the listing so no excuse *IF* that is the reason

Shouldn't a golfer be able to see in the pics that they're left-handed clubs?

Besides, sold on 16th November - too late for a claim on ebay anyway.
