Hi All

Need some help. Everytime I click on "view order details" of an item I have sold, so I can get postage address, it just takes me to a page saying "you purchase comes with an entry to win a Hyundai". I`m the seller, not the buyer.

Anyone else having this problem, and how can it be fixed ? I`m unable to get to my buyers details at all, even after I enter the comp and try viewing order details again

Any help would be appreciated

It's another "brilliant/carp" glitch,

Just go to Send Invoice or Resend Invoice,(the order details are there).

Then just click the back button or close the tab,(without sending the Invoice).

If they paid by Paypal the address would be in the payment Email from PP.

if you are not already using firefox, you should. Once installed you download the free add on called Adblock Plus. It will stop all ads on pretty much every internet page. I rarely ever see an Ad.
