Followed by a call this morning, basicly abusing me for an item that was only shipped on Tuesday the 23rd today is only the 29th which is only 4 working days from the shipping date (he thinks it's 10 for whatever reason). 

Wish ebay would alter the estimated lead time, i'm getting sick of trying to explain to customers why they have not recieved there item yet.

Adjust your handling time to 5 days, that will give you longer for the item to get there.

my suggestioin is to increase your handling time to give you more time added to the unrealistic estimated delivery date.
