cancelling order

I made a counter offer

Ebay accepted the item as sold

The buyer then sent a message to request Paypal (outside ebay)

Ebay identified a problem; blocked the buyer

But Ebay say item is sold.

I want to continue to sell the item.

You should be able to cancel the order from the drop-down menu on the RHS of the listing page, using the reason "problem with the buyer's address".
