eBay Not Charging for Click & Collect Shipping

Hi everyone

We are having problems where customers who are selecting "click and collect" are not being charged the correct amount for postage. Where postage would cost for example $8.00, it will charge various amounts like 40c, or $1.78 and in other cases totally free.

We are actually losing money now when we sell items becasue of this issue. 

Anyone else experiencing this? Any idea how to fix it? 

Have contacted eBay and they have blamed AusPost for updating their postage rates, and in turn affecting their site. Their Systems are still "updating" as they said - it has gone on for over 1 week now and i have lost money on multiple transactions.

What to do? Just not offer Cick and Collect for the time being?

Since most of my listings have "free" postage, I have not experienced this. If I was having the problem though, I would just start experimenting with a listing to see if I can figure out a way to fix it. Turn click and collect off and then back on. change my postage choices, switch between flat and calculated that sort of thing.

As for the lost money, I would be on the phone to ebay getting them to credit the lost postage.
