Has anyone experienced problems with eBay plus, I have had two buyers that got free postage on express post. One was a eBay plus member & one wasn’t. All I got from eBay that it is a technical problem. I refunded one member because it was a three dollar item & I had to pay express postage myself. The other item eBay assured me that I would receive my postage cost back but to no avail. I am out of pocket now & stressed that it will keep happening. Not a happy camper at all
