On non account managed accounts, I noticed a lot recently ebay has been cutting off chat way earlier than normal. But yet if you wanted to get help at 7.30pm its a 17mins wait time.

10pm cut off was so much better.

Why are you using live chat - I thought you had an account manager and didn't lower yourself to the levels of us commoners?

Hmm best I don't fully reveal my thoughts on this. Bees to honey and all that 😉 but I do wonder why you would be put on hold at all. Are the bots all busy? If they aren't bots, nope that's enough.........😎
