Attach a credit card to your eBay account.

As a new seller you have to establish a selling record. Once you have sold a few items and get some good feedback your limit can be increased

You should also contact ebay once you have some decent feedback etc and ask for an increase if you don't get it automatically.

A basic store could be an option if you think you will sell enough to justify the cost.

I attached a credit card to a 0 Fb account and got 100/$7500 automatically.

Much easier than waiting for an unknown quantity of feedback.

you start by listing and selling the first 10 items,  get good feedback, list more, etc.

you'll never get started until you actually Start listing.
