Hi could you kindly tell me why I have not been paid for the item I sold and sent over a week ago please?

I am confused to why this payment arrangement has been put on my account also?

Regards Sherrie

eBay sees you as a "new seller" since you haven't sold anything for over a year, If the tracking shows as delivered and/or the buyer has left positive feedback then you can contact eBay through "ebay help" at the top of the page and ask for the funds to be released.

Are you signed up and verified for "Managed Payments"  ?

Just other members here like yourself

As with every seller who has not sold in a while, eBay consider you a new seller, and like all other sellers in this case, your funds will be on hold for 30 days

How long ago did you fully and successfully sign up for Managed Payments, and got the good to go from eBay?

Have you updated yourself on selling basics since you last sold something, because a lot has changed and you need to know those changes

Are you fully signed up and verified for the new Managed Payments system?

Until you do so, your funds will be held.

As a new/infrequent seller, there will be selling limits and holds placed on your account regardless. Uploading tracking will speed things up.

If you are signed up for the new system, then you can look at your Seller Hub/Payments and that will give you the payout date.
