Hi guys
I really need yor help, A paypal claim was made & i returned the item to the seller and put in the tracking number
The seller wasnt at home when the parcel was delievered & Now the seller will not pick up the item from the post office!
Paypal will not close the case now
I bought an express post satchel with tracking and put the item in it. What can I do? anyone been in this situation before?

I haven't. Bu8t I believe if you upload the tracking number to Paypal you will win the dispute. As you can prove you returned the item, Paypal should reimburse you

The tracking shows it is at PO awaiting collection, I have told the seller this twice and they refuse to pick it up

Do they expect you to go and collect it from the post office and deliver it to them personally? It's their own fault if they don't collect it and it gets sent back to you (which it will). I'd be getting onto PayPal asap.
