order 08-04941-73253 was accidently cancelled and paypal have refunded the buyer $96.00

I accidently cancelled order 08-04941-73253 and payapl refunded the buyer $96.00. I also tried to reverse the refund but Pay Pal will not allow it.  I have also sent a message to the buyer but he has not responded.

Item 202958189358. should have been cancelled. This item was not paid for,

Can you advise me what further action I can take.

Not really much you can do, apart from contacting the buyer and explain what happened. They may or may not be willing to buy again. Alternatively, you could contact eBay and see if they can reverse it. Nothing anyone here can do.

As for the item that hasn;t been paid for, open an unpaid item dispute, then close 4 days later, to get your fees back.
