All new seller have limits of how much they can sell ($$$ wise) which may be raised once they have shown eBay they are a good seller
How much does what you want to sell come to?
More importantly, before you do sell, have you fully signed up to Managed Payments and been given the go ahead by eBay that you can start selling?
And read the basics of selling so you know about the holds that will be placed on your funds for up to 30 days, your rights as a seller and what to do if you encounter problem buyers/false claims/disputes etc?
Those are all things you need to do and know about before listing anything for sale
