Did a buyer buy your item and then fail to pay? Although I am not a seller, I have heard that you have to cancel a sale when a buyer does not pay, otherwise eBay will charge you.

Just cancel the transaction with the reason "problem with buyers address", as this is the only one where you will not get a defect on your account.

When an item is sold, Ebay always takes its cut of the fees, but doesn't know that the buyer has not paid you (unless you open an Unpaid Item dispute, or cancel the sale).

One way round all of this is to make your item "Buy It Now", with "Immediate Payment Required" activated.
