sending a message to buyer?

how can I get a message to my buyer now?

Every time I try, the area is 'greyed' out so can't forward anything.

Have you tried going through their feedback page rather than the listing page ?

Is it possible that either you or the buyer have tried to send contact information and have had a 7 day communication ban put on you both ?

Is this the only "contact buyer/seller" link that is greyed out? Apparently there are some daily limits to sending messages, so if they are all greyed out you could have reached your limit for today. If not, try to contact the buyer from their profile, as padi suggested.

Ok have sent a message via their messages section, so hopefully they will reply.

Yes it is the contact buyer section that is greyed out.

Thanks, didn't realise that there was a cut-out for this section, will try again tomorrow, but in the meantime have used the 'messages' section to send a message to them, hopefully they will read and contact me.

if you pretend to send a shipping label, you can get their phone number 🙂

Tried again this morning but still greyed out.

So frustrating.

Have now cancelled the order, when a simple message could have sorted it all out.
