If the call line is not open, try online support by going to customer support top right, then contact eBay and follow the prompts until you get the contact options.

It is pretty darn obvious...no description and the seller has an email address under the picture telling bidders to email before bidding.

The OP might have been expecting a response from eBay as quite a few seem to, or waiting on an email alerting them their thread has replies (which won't happen for a week), so if anyone hasn't contacted them directly already ? I'll send them a PM.
