turbo lister wants a return policy specified,

Anyone having trouble with turbo lister?  usually mine is great, but now it wants me to specify a return policy, when I have already done so.  Tried changing the return policy but nothing will list, and turbo lister seems to get stuck when it is verifying my account to see if there are any updates

Anyone have any ideas?

If you haven't already done so try a full version update. Next idea try using an existing listing and alter everything except the return policy, if it works use that listing as a template. If it doesn't work I would do a back up and then uninstall TL and then re instal it and restore your data from backup
