what is going on with aust post mail in nsw

i posted 1/2 dozen items

last tuesday morning 10th december

2 to victoria have been delivered

the other 4 to different places in nsw have not been delivered

i live in sydney nsw

what is aust post doing

i would of thought they would of got their by now

especially before the 2 to victoria

so weird anyone else having this issue

im tracking them all are satchels with tracking

Dropped a small padded bag in a Adelaide DC box on the 28/11/13. Got delived in Sydney on the 14/12/13. In the meantime grumpy buyer demanded and got his money refunded. Thankfully the honest buyer repaid.

another one for you tara, AP lost a complaint form I sent registered mail via a post shop after they broke my parcel contents.

SO they broke the parcel, lost the complaint form & despite being sent registered as in sign for they never got the complaint at head office.

THEN after they said they couldn't do anything I had words w the supervisor who decided to send me a compensation money order.

they posted it 13 november from QLD arrived postmarked - a letter 4 Dec.............

by that stage I'd requested a cancellation & reissue as thats what they advised, which meant another visit to AP !!
