Id Photo disappeared

Hi, have been advised to 'clear history and cookies'(thanks Mick) to reinstate Id photo, have tablet, how Please, do I do this? 

This probably sounds dumb I know, sorry about that.  Thank you 🙂

Is it an android tablet?, if so it depends on how its set up, with android look for three little circles under each other, normaly found top right of screen, touch the circles, and go to history from the drop down menu, down bottom of history should be "clear history and cookies", press that.
