why wont an item move to save for later

I am trying to save items to buy later to reduce ny payment for this purchase and nothing will move to the save for later

been going on for a few hours I have logged out and in, refreshed and come back later still no joy

any ideas as to why this is happening

If you are talking about items in your cart, you can just tick the box that says "Pay this seller only".  That way other items just remain in the cart.  At least that is the way I have been doing it.
