I was going to purchase postage label but it won't let me.
Below message keeps coming up both selecting au post or sendle
Something went wrong and we weren't able to generate the label.

Don't use eBay labels?
AP MyPost Business is certainly cheaper unless a 1 of. I wouldn't use a courier in a fit.

I've had this happen when there's an issue with the buyer address i.e. filled out wrong. If you're using Sendle, it also happens for addresses that Sendle can't accept i.e. PO boxes.

You probably dodged a bullet there, the reason Sendle is so cheap is that they will use the cheapest possible courier company - usually Aramex (Fastway) or Couriers Please.

I got the same issue and ended up buying a lable at Sendle website at a higher price.🙁

And you were naturally going to refund the buyer the difference if Sendle had worked. Especially given the hassles they would have had actually getting their parcel delivered.
