Dear eBay
I cannot sign in to my eBay account.
I have reset my password successfully but when I try to sign in again, I get “Sign-in initiated We’ve sent a notification to your device” message but the notification is never received.
I am unable to get online help because I cannot sign in to my account.
Please help.

Is the information in your account correct/up to date for the device the notification was suppose to have been sent to?

Occasionally it happens. I never had problems with eBay, but sometimes when signing up to other sites where they send you an email to confirm your email address, I have waited and waited, looked in the spam folder, then I tried again... nothing.

You have to be signed in to post a message here, which you have done, so you must be signed in.

Signing into the boards is another thing.
You still have to sign into ebay if you want to use your account.
And it works vice versa.
Both need a separate sign in.
