Hi guys, on my listings I have set it up to “Require immediate payment” for some reason I just started receiving emails from ebay saying item has sold, BUT “Your buyer hasn't paid yet, so hold onto the item until you receive payment. We'll send your buyer a reminder to pay within 48 hours”
No postal address is attached to the email.
I have tried contacting ebay, they had no idea and could not help.
Under payments it says “Processing” and all are listed under “awaiting postage” so I am a bit confused, is it just a glitch ???

Yes, ditto for me as from late yesterday; but if you go to Order Details it shows as paid, and shows the address (it also shows as paid in My Ebay: Sold).
Just a temporary glitch, hopefully.

Same here. The email stated sold but not paid for.
On my sold list, it had been paid.
Thankfully, on my eBay app, the address was given, so I mailed the item this morning.
If you are on managed payment, have a look there. i checked before heading to the post office and the payment is being processed.
The seller hub also stated the item had been paid for and to send it.
As stated by others, yet another eBay glitch!

We have a NAB account.
My last sale from the 19th, still has it listed in payments as payment sent, but has not gone into
our bank account, and its still listed as payment sent, not complete like previous transfers that
we have received into out bank account.
Worse yet, 3 more sales from 25th are still listed as processing.
1 had a sold message and customer has paid via ebay email item has sold.
The last 2 later in that day had buyer has not paid, wait until paid before shipping,
but elsewhere it has a ship by 1st march listed on it and buyer has paid....
Last 4 sales since 19th have not gone into our bank account.
We are owed $1100. Lucky we only shipped the item from the 19th so far.
But now looking at delayed shipping and neg feedbacks if we protect
ourselves. With no recourse.

Apologies, the payment from the 19th came through to our bank account.
Just a panick over nothing perhaps with the sales from 25th listed
as processing still.
