Emails sent direct to my personal email address

Email messages to me go only to ebay Messages.  How do I get them in my personal email inbox?

Thanks for responding, but this is too much for me.  I can't work out where or what to change.  It isn't at all clear and some  "Edit" fields are greyed out.

Try this:

- Go to G'day (+ your name) on any eBay page (top left on a laptop) and click on the arrowhead pointing downwards

- Go to Accounts Settings (options will appear after you click the arrow)

- Go to Account Preferences

- Go to Communication Preferences

- Change what you would like to change
