If you received this email and it is not also in your Ebay account message box then it is a scam and you can ignore it. If the message is also in your Ebay messages then you need to call Ebay and sort it out.
Never click on the link in the message - it may take you to a site that looks like Ebay an you will try to insert your email and password, at which time the scammers will have your details. If you did click on the link and give your password then you need to immediately change all your passwords.
