I'm currently using Chrome,after using Firefox. Have cleared "Cookies" but still cant list anything

I have been using Firefox and installed chrome to see if I can list new items on my "watch list. I keep getting a "Cookies" error page even after clearing the cache and cleaning out cookies. I dont know what else to do?

Hi Lizzy try ctrl+shift+delete and cleary history. Have found this works but only for a couple of days at a time it seems.
