Payments not being received after trying to change bank account

I recently tried to change my bank account and since then my payments have failed.

It has been 5 weeks now and Ebay owes me $4500.

The customer service team continue to give the same excuse, "we are working on this but dont have an answer yet, please be patient "

and "this is an isolated case" which I know is not true.

I see there was the same issue when managed payments was rolled out.

Has anyone else had this issue recently and was it solved?
