That would be undoubtedly because you bought it twice.

If you do not want the second item you should contact the seller and ask for a cancellation, but be aware the seller does not have to cancel the item as they have already been charged fees as soon as you hit the button.

The seller is within their rights to open an Unpaid Item case against you to recoup those fees.
