receiving access denied on this server how do I get back on to my ebay account

I am recieving the following message when I attempt to go on to ebay and view my account.  How do I overcome this.

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com.au/myb/Summary?" on this server.

Try just refreshing the page.

I have it happen occasionally on the boards and a simple refresh usually solves the problem.

I get this infrequently, but when I do I have to change browsers 😞

If a simple refresh does not work try changing browsers as twyngwyn has suggested.
