SELLERS BEWARE. Multiple user names and listing are being stolen from eBay and used on Amazon by people who inflate the prices by 4 or 5 times. They are using our user name as the "brand-name" and have stolen all the photos and descriptions.
We sell seed, many other seed sellers have also had their details stolen. We have told eBay, despite saying they will look at it we have heard nothing back. Amazon are difficult to get any sense out of. We have managed to get most of our listing taken down by contacting the seller who says sorry before eventually removing them. They also seem to have different amazon accounts and leave them listed on the others even if they do remove them from one of their stores.
eBay, what are you doing to protect your sellers with this? Our next step is to close our ebay store and just run with our website if you’re not interested.
These listing are occurring worldwide on different Amazon site not just Australia.
Try going to Amazon and search for your user name. Also try Amazon USA, you may need to change your shipping preference to USA to find if they are using your listings and username.
They are also listing on Ubuy, again search you eBay username.

I fail to understand what you expect eBay to do.
You user name (unless trademarked) is a registered ID with eBay only. Any user on any other site can use that ID if they so choose, it fits the site's guidelines, and nobody else has already grabbed it.
Register your business and you should be protected in Australia. The rest of the world is another challenge.

From what?
Somebody using the ID on a different site, totally unrelated to eBay?

As stated,it has nothing to do with eBay how others behave on different sites,(eBay is only responsible for what
happens on their own site).

If it's your registered business name being used then it's up to YOU to contact those sellers or sites and get
THEM to take action in removing those ID's,(it has nothing to do with eBay).
