Email received re 'account being restricted' Have away ... i

Hi I have been away for a couple of weeks and now I received an email to update details for changes re payment extra.

Before I go ahead I just want to make sure it is legit and not a false intruder.  To be safe. Happy to update but not to the bad guys.

It is most probably genuine and about managed payments. Of course because of this change that is taking place at the moment in the way sellers are paid, requiring sellers to update their details, some scammers could take advantage of it to create fake emails, so some basic caution is always necessary.

There was a 'update now' link on my selling page - perhaps look there to be sure it is eBay.

Also check the message is in your eBay messages
