Late last year, we announced that buyers images would be displayed with their feedback. When the enhancement initially launched, the images were only visible to sellers.
From 12 March, buyers can see images alongside feedback on your Store or listings across desktop and mobile view and within the eBay app. This feature still only applies to multi-quantity listings.
Why is eBay making this change?
The majority of photos submitted by buyers are associated with positive feedback, similar to what we see with text-based feedback. We want to encourage buyers to include photos to show other shoppers what the item looks like and how it can be used.
What’s next?
We will roll out the experience to single quantity listings shortly and we’ll update you as soon as we expand the feature.
