I purchased a item & paid , the seller contacted me stating they do not
have item yet he hasn't refunded me , I'm still waiting on refund and
cannot open a dispute due to the postage date isn't due yet , what can I
do ?
Paid on 25th November postage was up to 25th December ( international )
, they don't have anymore stock of this certain item ( its a collectors
item from a few years back so not stock that's around now ) , they gave
me an option of purchasing another...
