I spoke to the local courier company and they will take perfumes if: 1.
they are properly packaged2. they are declared3. you have an account
with them which takes 2-4 weeks to set up and requires minimum volume.
Number 3 = not feasible.
Just pay the invoice without the freight.The seller will either realise,
and send you another invoice for the freight. Or you'll get the freight
for free. Either way, it will push the order back into their awareness
so you can get some action.
