I wanted to return some rubbish item I was sold so went to returns but the submit return button doesn't work.Any idea whay?

For past 4 days I get this on my home page. Can't even see my sales. Almost every week some problems, don't they have someone that can do HTML properly? How come this never happens on Amazon.

Auspost can't find the tracking numbers for over a week now on all items I've sold. Anyone else? Yes all entered correctly and triple checked.

How does Ebay get their fee if I offer only cash on pickup?
