I believe it only opens a case automatically if you have paypal as your
only payment method, though.... The OP has other methods also, so I
suspect they'll have to open a case manually.... I don't use it myself,
though, so may have got this wrong.
Indeed, Australia Post have economy, standard and express, but ebay have
matched these up with airmail/seamail (under/over 2kg) , express (any
weight) and express courier itenational. They haven't changed the names
on the listing form or turbolister ...
It let me put mine as express post internationa parcel? I'm assuming
(hoping) that this is the equivalent to the new (standard) tracked
airmail. The old airmail/economy air becomes seamail once you go over
2kg.

If it's less than 2cm thick (and 26cm by 36cm for other dimensions) you
can post as a large letter, $1.40 if less than 125g, $2.10 for less than
250g, and $3.50 if less than 500g. No tracking, unless you add a
registered post sticker,
