I'm a bit unsure why you think I'm suggesting sellers put prices up if
low on stock, I didn't.Thats what some people are telling me on this

Unfortunately if one gets scammed via this method the rule change used
to stop sellers avoiding payments also ensures eBay gets 10% of high
priced delivery scams when they occur. Food for thought, Steve c
