I'm trying to buy an item on eBay, and after selecting Paypal as my payment method and logging into Paypal, it returns and says that Paypal is not available at the moment and to pay with credit card instead. I can log into my Paypal account just fine...

Buyer bought 2 items. Both were postage together. Buyer is claiming that only one was in the parcel. I know that both were definitely sent. Has anyone experienced this situation?
