understand the system at a level far greater than the average casual

You can say no particularly if your listing said you don't take returns.
You know you didn't list them wrongly or falsify what you sold so
technically you can refuse. I'm with you. The pushy buyers are the most
likely to be complainers.

We carry a few chic star coats currently but not a lot of their range
yet. I don't love their manufacturing standard so far. Have you found
them to be good generally?
