Unable to change my account from Business back to Private. So I am not eligible for 30 free listings per month.

Sadly I had to close my eBay store because of the fees doubling which I can not afford. I then went to change my account from Business back to Private and found out I can not do this. So now I am not eligible for the 30 free listings per month. eBay ...
